Gobi Rice Recipe
Ingredients
Cauliflower cut into small florets -1 cup, One Onion - finely chopped, Green Chillies- 2 slit,Cooked Rice -2 cups,Salt to taste,Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp,Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp, Urad Dal- 1 tsp,Oil- 2 table spoons,Dried Red Chillies- 2,Coriander Leaves and coconut for garnishing.
Directions
Cook Rice separetly and keep aside. Heat Oil in Kadai, When it is hot add Mustard, Cumin and Urad, dried Red Chillies and Green chillies. Let the colour of Dal changelittle then add onion and fry well. Nowadd Gobi pieces. Fry till done. Add cooked rice and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and little coconut grated.
