160 ml oil
 
80 gm chopped ginger
 
56 gm chopped gr. Chillies
 
16 gm turmeric
 
8 gm degi mirch
 
28 gm salt
 
18 gm corriander pwd
 
58 gm chopped corriander leaves
 
1432 gm cauliflower
 
290 gm chopped onion
 
70 gm chopped tomatoes
 
8 gm ginger juliennes

Directions

Heat oil, add cumin allow to crackel.

Add green chillies and ginger, saute and add onions.
When light brown add pwd Masala.

Saute and add cauliflower, cook on slow flame till done.

Finish with tomatoes, chopped corriander leaves.

Garnish with fresh choped coriande leave and ginger julians.

Serve: 10
