Gobi Manchurian is an all time favourite Indo-Chinese Starter/Appetizer. It's relished by everyone I have come across. A spicy, sour appetizer that leaves you wanting for more!

 Cauliflower3 Cup (48 tbs), washed, cut and dried
 Onion1 Large
 Green chilies2 Large, finely chopped
 Garlic3 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Ginger2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Coriander leaves3 Teaspoon
 Tomato sauce8 Ounce
 Sauce1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Corn flour3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 All purpose flour3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Chilly2 Teaspoon
 Paprika powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Frying oil2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)

1.Prepare a batter out of Corn flour ,all purpose flour, chilly powder, paprika and salt.
2.Now dip the cauliflower florets in this batter, deep fry and keep them aside.
3.Heat a pan and add about 3 tsp of oil in it.Then add onions, garlic, ginger,green chillies and fry them till the onions turn slightly brown.
4.Now add the tomato sauce ,soya sauce,1/2 tsp of chilly powder and saute for about 8 minutes .
5.When it starts to bubble, add the fried cauliflower florets and saute it.
6 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
