Goat Cheese & Red Pepper Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Goat cheese package | 1 | |
| Cream cheese | 1 | |
| Red onion | 1/2 Small, minced | |
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| 1 lahvash | ||
| 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained | ||
| 2 bunches arugula tough stems removed | ||
Directions
In small bowl, with spoon, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, red onion, milk, and black pepper until well blended.
Unfold lahvash; spread with goat cheese mixture to 1/2 inch from edge.
Top with red peppers, then arugula.
Roll lahvash jelly roll fashion.
Wrap lahvash roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 8 hours to allow bread to soften and flavor to develop.
