| Coleslaw mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried cranberries | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sweetened (or dried fruit or your choice) | |
| Walnuts | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped (or nuts of your choice) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Poppy seed | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. Core the apples and cut them in cubes.
2. In a large bowl , place together coleslaw mix, apples, cranberries, walnuts, lemon juice, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and poppy seeds.
3. Lightly toss all the ingredients, until well combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Serve cold as desired.
