Directions

MAKING
1. Core the apples and cut them in cubes.
2. In a large bowl , place together coleslaw mix, apples, cranberries, walnuts, lemon juice, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and poppy seeds.
3. Lightly toss all the ingredients, until well combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

SERVING
5. Serve cold as desired.
