| Green chillies | 2 , deseeded | |
| 6 Goan or Kashmiri chillies deseeded | ||
| Coconut | 1/4 , grated (GRIND TOGETHER) | |
| 1/2 tsp roasted cummin seeds | ||
| Coriander seeds | 1 Teaspoon, roasted (GRIND TOGETHER) | |
| Poppy seeds | 1 Teaspoon, roasted (GRIND TOGETHER) | |
| Garlic | 10 Clove (5gm) (GRIND TOGETHER) | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (GRIND TOGETHER) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (GRIND TOGETHER) | |
| 2 tbsp tamarind pulp | ||
Directions
Rub salt into the onions and green chillies and keep for 30 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, except fish and tamarind pulp, together and microwave for 20 minutes at 50% power.
Put in the fish and tamarind pulp and microwave for 8 -10 minutes
