Goa Fish Curry Recipe

Ingredients

 250 gms sliced Pomfret or any other firm fish salted for 30 minutes and washed
 Salt To Taste
 Onion1 Large, sliced
 Green chillies2 , deseeded
 6 Goan or Kashmiri chillies deseeded
 Coconut1/4 , grated (GRIND TOGETHER)
 1/2 tsp roasted cummin seeds
 Coriander seeds1 Teaspoon, roasted (GRIND TOGETHER)
 Poppy seeds1 Teaspoon, roasted (GRIND TOGETHER)
 Garlic10 Clove (5gm) (GRIND TOGETHER)
 Turmeric powder1/2 Teaspoon (GRIND TOGETHER)
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs) (GRIND TOGETHER)
 2 tbsp tamarind pulp

Directions

Rub salt into the onions and green chillies and keep for 30 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, except fish and tamarind pulp, together and microwave for 20 minutes at 50% power.
Put in the fish and tamarind pulp and microwave for 8 -10 minutes
