Active dry yeast- 1 package
 
Water- 1/2 cup, warm
 
Milk- 2 cups, scalded
 
Salt- 1 1/2 teaspoons
 
Gluten flour- 4 cups
 
Eggs- 2, beaten

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees

MAKING
2.In a bowl, pour warm water and place the yeast, soften it
3.Now cool milk to lukewarm
4.Combine the milk with the yeast
5.Also beat in salt and 1 cup gluten flour, then beat in eggs
6.Beat in remaining flour
7.On a greased 8x4 inch loaf pans, place the batter, filled about half full
8.Leave it in a warm place until batter doubles in size
9.Finally bake in oven for 350F degrees for 50-55 minutes

SERVING
10.Serve with syrup or cream
