4 cups gluten flour

How to make Gluten Bread

Soften yeast in warm water in a bowl.
Cool milk to lukewarm.
Combine the yeast and milk.
Beat in salt and 1 cup gluten flour, then eggs until well blended.
Beat in remaining flour; turn batter into greased 8x4 inch loaf pans, filled about half full.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled.
Bake in 350°F.oven 50 to 55 minutes.
