Italian Marinara Sauce Recipe Video

15-20 sun-dried tomatoes (soaked)
 
2 fresh tomatoes
 
1/8 cup olive oil
 
1/2 medium red bell pepper
 
1/2 tsp dried oregano or 1/4 th bunch fresh oregano
 
2 cloves fresh garlic
 
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
 
1/4 tsp onion powder
 
1/4 tsp black pepper
 
1/2 bunch fresh basil
 
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
 
1 tbsp olive oil
 
Salt to taste

Directions

1. Soak the tomatoes until they are soft.
2. Pulse chop the soaked tomatoes and fresh tomatoes in a food processor.
3. Chop and add the bell pepper to the tomatoes.
4. Pulse again.
5. Add the spices and seasoning.
6. Add olive oil.
7. Pulse until your required consistency is achieved.
