Gluten-Free Pancakes Recipe

Gluten-Free Pancakes is the favorite of my house. My mother used to make these Gluten-Free Pancakes and it brings to mind many happy memories. Your kids will love you for this!

Ingredients

 
1 cup (240 ml) Rice or Millet Flour
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) Soy Flour
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) Corn Meal
 
1 tbs (15 ml) non-alum baking powder
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) sea salt, optional
 
1 egg, beaten
 
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) water
 
2 tbs (30 ml) Unrefined Vegetable Oil

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients.
Stir together all liquids; add to dry ingredients.
Bake on preheated 350°F-375°F (180°C-190°G) griddle.
Turn only once.
