Ingredients

 Carrots2 Medium
 Apples3 Medium, halved
 Beets3 Medium
 Pineapple chunks in juice- 2 cups
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Parsley or watercress for garnish
 Romaine leaves, for bedding
 Slices of avocado, for garnish

Directions

MAKING
1. Grate apples, beets and carrots.
2. In a salad bowl place the beets, apples and grated carrots.
3. Mix pineapple juice,lemon and pineapple. Toss to remove any kind of lumps.
4. Check if salad is dry. If dry, add pineapple juice.

SERVING
5. Serve glowing salad at room temperature.
