Directions

In saucepan combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup uncooked packaged precooked rice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; stir to moisten.
Bring to boiling; cover.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in one 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (juice pack), drained.
Cool.
Meanwhile, sprinkle 1 medium banana, sliced, with 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Stir banana slices into cooled rice mixture.
Combine 1/2 CUP yogurt, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla; fold into rice mixture.
Chill.
Spoon rice mixture into serving dishes.
Top with 1 cup halved strawberries.
