Easy Glorified Rice Recipe
Even James Bond was not able to access this highly classified recipe of Glorified Rice. Now I am outing it for all on the web. I am certain both of us will be in agreement that this Glorified Rice is really delicious.
Ingredients
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits, plus juice
1 c instant rice
3/4 t salt
6 maraschino cherries, diced
2 envelopes whipped topping mix, prepared as directed
1 c miniature marshmallows
Directions
Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/4 cups.
Bring liquid to boil, stir in rice and salt.
Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add cherries and pine apple; chill thoroughly.
Fold prepared topping mix and marshmallows into rice mixture.
