Rhubarb Gobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| English muffins 2, halved, toasted, and buttered | ||
| Rhubarb sauce 1/2 cup slightly sweetened and drained | ||
| Turkey 4 slices cooked | ||
| Turkey gravy or cream of chicken soup 2 cups | ||
| Swiss Cheese slice | 4 | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Lay 1/2 of each muffin on a plate.
Spread with rhubarb sauce; top with turkey; pour gravy over all.
Lay a slice of cheese on top and broil until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with paprika.
