|Mushrooms||3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, stemmed, seeded, and chopped|

|Spaghetti||8 Ounce (Dry Ones)|
|Tomato based barbecue sauce||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|

Discard all but 2 tablespoons fat.
Add mushrooms, onions, green pepper, and oregano; stir often until onion is limp, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring about 4 quarts water to boiling on high heat in a 5- to 6-quart pan.
Add spaghetti and boil, uncovered, until tender-firm to bite, 10 to 12 minutes.
Drain pasta well and add to beef mixture along with barbecue sauce.
Stir and cook until hot.
Pour onto a platter and garnish with parsley.
