Glazed Salmon Steaks Recipe
This recipe of Glazed Salmon Steaks was picked up by me from a gourmet magazine, I twisted it a little bit to meet my taste here I am, sharing my version with you. One trial wont be enough for this Glazed Salmon Steaks recipe, I am sure you will be making it again!.

Ingredients
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
4 (1 to 1 1/4-inch-thick) salmon steaks
Fresh watercress
Directions
Combine sugar, butter, soy sauce, and sherry, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Place salmon steaks in an aluminum foil-lined baking pan, brush with half of sugar mixture.
Let sit 15 minutes.
Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Remove fish from oven, and brush with remaining mixture.
Transfer to a serving platter.
Garnish with watercress.
