Glazed Peach Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 c. sliced fresh | ||
| Peaches | ||
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pkg. orange gelatin | ||
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 baked 9-in. pie | ||
| Shell | ||
Directions
Combine peaches and sugar; let stand for 10 min- utes.
Dissolve gelatin and salt in 1 cup hot water; add 1/2 cup cold water and lemon juice.
Add peaches; chill until slightly thickened.
Turn into cold pie shell, arranging peaches as desired.
Chill until firm; garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
