Glazed Peach Crème Recipe
This delicious Glazed Peach Crème has a unique flavor that is simply out of the ordinary! You will love the sliced fresh peaches popping out of the vanilla ice cream, all wrapped in fruit flavored jello base. Give this Glazed Peach Crème a try and I am sure you too will fall for it, as i did.
Ingredients
2 packages (4-serving size) or 1 package (8-serving size) JELL-O® Brand Peach, Orange, Raspberry or Black Cherry Flavor Gelatin
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
2 cups (1 pint) vanilla ice cream
1 can (8 3/4 ounces) sliced peaches, drained, or 1 sliced peeled fresh peach
Directions
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Measure 1 cup of the gelatin; add cold water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add ice cream to remaining gelatin; stir until melted and smooth.
Pour ice cream mixture into serving bowl or individual dessert glasses.
Chill until set but not firm.
Arrange peach slices on ice cream layer in bowl.
Spoon clear gelatin over peaches.
Chill until set, about 4 hours.
