Ingredients
1 or 2 ham steaks, 1-inch thick
1 can (12 oz.) apricot nectar
2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 t brown sugar
Directions
Score fat edges of ham steaks.
Place in a shallow baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour half of mixture over ham.
Bake 45 minutes at 350° F.
Baste occasionally with remaining sauce.
