Glazed Ham Loaf Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| Ham | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Pork | 1 1/4 Pound | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 a brown sugar | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Press into ring mold.
Invert onto baking pan and remove mold.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients; brush on loaf.
Bake for 30 minutes longer, basting several times.
