Glazed Ham Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Ham | 1/2 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 3/4 Pound | |
| Rolled oats | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tbsp.flour | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dark corn syrup | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 whole cloves, if desired | ||
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix until thoroughly blended.
Chill.
Shape into small balls; place in shallow pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Pour over ham balls.
Bake for 15 minutes longer.
