Ingredients

 Cooked ham1 1/2 Pound
 1 1/2 cups cooked white rice
 Soft bread crumbs1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry mustard1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 eggs, beaten light and frothy
 Glaze
 Currant jelly1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except glaze in large bowl; make high rounded loaf.
Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F 50 minutes.
Prepare glaze by thoroughly mixing jelly and mustard together until pasty and smooth.
After loaf has baked 50 minutes, liberally brush all over with glaze.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until glaze is glistening brown.
Let cool 20 minutes before slicing
