Ingredients
| 4 pork chops, center cut pork loin | ||
| Apple slice | 4 | |
| Orange slice | 4 | |
| Dash cinnamon | ||
| Dash ground cloves | ||
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In glass baking dish, arrange pork chops with meatiest portions toward outside of dish.
Place apple and orange slice on each chop; sprinkle with cinnamon and cloves.
Add soup and sugar.
Cover; cook on medium (5) for 15 to 20 minutes, turning dish once.
Lift chops from dish, arranging on platter.
Combine orange juice concentrate and cornstarch in 2 cup glass measuring cup.
Strain juices remaining in baking dish into measuring cup to measure 1 1/2 cups, stirring to blend.
Cook on high (9) for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour glaze over chops.
