Glazed Fruit Pie Recipe
|Cold milk/Half and half||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling||3 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size Jell O)|
|Baked 9 inch pie shell/Prepared graham cracker crumb crust||1 , cooled|
|Flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size Jell O Brand Peach / Orange / Any Red Flavor)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fruit||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh / Drained Canned, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|

Add pie filling mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat 1 minute.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill 1 hour.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Chill until thickened.
Pour about 1/2 cup of the gelatin over pie filling in pie shell.
Arrange fruit on gelatin and spoon remaining gelatin over fruit.
Chill about 2 hours.
