Glazed Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 6 Medium | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| Powdered sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon salt, Dash pepper | ||
Directions
Cut an 18-inch square of heavy foil.
Place sliced carrots in center of the foil.
Dot with margarine and sprinkle with lemon peel.
Bring up 2 opposite edges of foil and, leaving a little space for expansion of steam, tightly seal top, then each end.
Place foil packet in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 25 to 30 minutes or till carrots are tender.
Remove from grill.
Open packet; stir in powdered sugar.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
