Glazed Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 lb carrots
 
1 1/4 cups chicken stock
 
2 tablespoons butter
 
2 teaspoons sugar
 
a pinch of salt
 
GARNISH
 
a sprig of pars ley

Directions

Slice the carrots .
Put into a pan with the other ingredients except the parsley.
Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and simmer until carrots are tender and the stock is absorbed.
Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the carrots.
