3 lbs. boneless beef (sirloin, rib or tenderloin), cut in 1 1/2 in. cubes
 
Spicy Apricot-Lime Sauce
 
Glazed Fruit Kabobs

Directions

Thread beef cubes onto eight 5-inch skewers, separating pieces slightly.
Brush with Spicy Apricot-Lime Sauce.
Place on a greased grill and cook 4 to 5 inches from coals, turning and brushing frequently with the sauce until meat is the desired degree of doneness, 12 to 15 minutes.
Arrange beef and fruit kabobs on fluffy cooked rice, if desired.
