Glazed Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Directions
1. Pierce potatoes and place in oven.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 9 minutes or until fork tender. Peel and slice into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Continue cooking on HIGH
