Ingredients

 1 bunch parsnips, peeled if necessary and cut into halves or quarters
 Butter2 1/2 Tablespoon
 Salt, pepper to taste
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Steam parsnips in as little water as possible until they are tender but still firm and the water has cooked away.
Add butter and saute them for 5 minutes or so, turning them so as to brown evenly.
Season to taste, garnish with parsley and serve.
