Glazed Parsnips Recipe
Ingredients

Directions
1. Pare the parsnips and cut into sticks of even thickness. Cook in boiling salted water until barely tender, about 10 minutes.
2. In a medium-sized skillet melt the butter and add the sugar, salt, vinegar, and orange juice concentrate. Bring to a boil. Add the parsnips and cook over high heat, spooning the liquid over the parsnips to glaze. Sprinkle with wheat germ.
