Glazed Oranges With Kiwis Recipe

Directions
1. Cut thin slivers of peel from 1 orange with vegetable parer or sharp knife, being careful not to cut into white membrane. Cover peel with boiling water; let stand 5 minutes. Drain.
2. Mix sugar and cornstarch in 2-cup measure; stir in water and orange peel. Microwave uncovered on high (100%), stirring every minute with fork, until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
3. Pare oranges, cutting deep enough to remove all white membrane. Cut into slices. Pour syrup over slices; cover and refrigerate about 1 hour. Just before serving, fold in kiwi fruit.
