Glazed Ham With Corn Relish Recipe
Ingredients

| 3 - pound fully cooked boneless smoked ham | ||
| Orange marmalade | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweet white wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of ground cloves | ||
| Corn Relish | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce | ||
| Whole kernel corn | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped green or red pepper | ||
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Prepare Corn Relish.
2. Place ham fat side down on microwave rack in baking dish. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) 17 minutes; turn ham fat side up.
3. Cut fat surface of ham in diamond pattern 1/4 inch deep. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over ham. Cover ham tightly and microwave on medium (50%) until meat thermometer registers 135°, 15 to 22 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil; let stand 10 minutes. (Ham will continue to cook while standing.)
4. Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and red pepper sauce in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) to boiling, 2 to 3 minutes; stir. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; refrigerate several days to blend flavors.
