Glazed Ham Slice Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lb. ham slice, fully cooked, about 1-inch thick | ||
| Orange Glaze | ||
| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Orange rind | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Place ham slice in 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish. Pour Orange Glaze over ham. Cover with wax paper.
2. Microwave for 12 to 14 minutes on med.high (Roast), or until heated through (about 120° F).
Orange Glaze: Combine all ingredients in 1-cup measure; mix well.
