Glazed Ham And Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Cover with plastic wrap turning back one corner to allow for escape of steam.
Microwave at high setting 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 5 minutes.
Drain sweet potatoes.
Combine brown sugar and butter in 2 c. glass measuring cup.
Microwave at high setting 3 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly, stirring after every minute.
Stir in raisins.
Push sweet potatoes to the sides of dish.
Cut ham slice into 4 pieces.
Place ham in center of dish.
Spoon brown sugar mixture over sweet potatoes.
Microwave at medium setting (50 percent power) 8 minutes, or Until ham is hot and potatoes are glazed, stirring every 3 minutes.
Arrange ham and sweet potatoes on serving platter.
Stir syrup in dish and spoon over potatoes and ham.
