 Grapefruit1 Medium, halved
 1 11 -ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained
 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Rum1 Teaspoon
 Light corn syrup1 Teaspoon
 Ground cinnamon1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon
 Dash ground cloves

Directions

Section grapefruit halves, leaving outside shells intact.
Discard the membrane.
Reserve the grapefruit shells.
In a small bowl toss together grapefruit sections and mandarin orange sections.
Mound the fruit into the reserved grapefruit shells.
Place in a 9-inch pie plate.
In a 1-cup measure stir together the brown sugar, sugar, rum, corn syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Spoon over the fruit in the grapefruit shells.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 1 to 3 minutes or till the fruit is heated through, rotating dish a half-turn twice.
