Directions

Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tips.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Remove chicken; reserve marinade.
Place chicken on rack in foil-lined broiler pan.
Cook uncovered in 375° oven, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade, 30 minutes.
Turn chicken; cook, brushing occasionally with marinade, until done, about 30 minutes longer.
Refrigerate until cool.
Wrap, label and freeze no longer than 3 weeks.
