Ingredients

 2 medium seedless oranges, segmented, membrane removed, chopped
 Sugar1 Tablespoon (SALSA:)
 Green onions2 Tablespoon, sliced (SALSA:)
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped (SALSA:)
 2 (12 ounces each) whole boneless chicken breasts, skinned, halved
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon (SALSA:)
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon (SALSA:)
 Butter3 Tablespoon, melted (GLAZE:)
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs) (GLAZE:)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon (GLAZE:)

Directions

In small bowl stir together all orange salsa ingredients; refrigerate at least one hour.
Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white.
In 1-quart saucepan stir together all glaze ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil, about 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Place chicken on grill; brush with glaze.
Grill, turning once and brushing with glaze, until chicken is fork tender, about 10-12 minutes.
