Ingredients

 8 carrots, peeled and julienned
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon, melted
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley or dill

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Place carrots in saucepan with enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes (or steam).
Drain off water and mix in butter and honey.
Cover and bake 15 minutes, stirring once.
Sprinkle with parsley and/or dill to serve.
