Glazed Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 tbsp butter
 
1 tbsp honey
 
Salt and pepper
 
16 small parsley sprigs

Directions

Brush carrots.
Remove stems.
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch carrots 4 minutes or so.
Drain.
Set aside.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Cook carrots 2 minutes or so.
Add honey.
Season with salt and pepper.
While stirring, continue cooking until carrots are well coated with melted honey.
Divide carrots among 4 plates.
Garnish the end of each carrot with a parsley sprig to imitate a stem.
