Glazed Canadian Bacon Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lbs. Canadian-style bacon | ||
| 1/2 cup drained pickle relish | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place meat in 1 1/2 -quart (10x6) baking dish.
Cut meat, halfway through, into 6 slices.
Combine relish, honey and mustard; spoon between slices of meat.
Cook, loosely covered with wax paper, 12 minutes or until heated through, occasionally spooning sauce
