Glazed Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
| Brussels sprouts | 1 Pint | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste |
Directions
MAKING
1)Use a steamer to boil water.
2Wash and trim sprouts and slice off bottom of stem ends.
3)Steam 7 to 10 minutes, depending on size of sprouts.
4)Drain and saute cooked sprouts in melted butter and sugar for 1 or 2 minutes.
5)Season with salt and pepper.
SERVING
6)Serve it hot.
