Glazed Beef Roast Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 (3 to 4 pounds) beef rump roast | ||
| Maple syrup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 /4 cup Garlic Vinegar | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Meat Blend | ||
| 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Garden Blend | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine maple syrup, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
Stir in Meat Blend and Garden Blend.
Brush evenly over meat.
Place meat in shallow roasting pan.
Roast 1 1/2 to 2 hours for medium or until internal temperature reaches 140° to 150° on meat thermometer.
Let stand out of oven 5 minutes before slicing.
