Glazed Banana Compote Recipe

Ingredients
2 medium-sized oranges
4 large bananas
1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Grate 2 tablespoons peel from orange; set aside for garnish. Peel both oranges. Cut oranges crosswise into 1/2 inch-thick slices. Peel and cut bananas into 2-inch chunks.
2. In 8-inch skillet over low heat, heat brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon, stirring often, until mixture melts and bubbles. Add bananas and oranges; cook until heated through, gently turning fruit to coat with syrup. Sprinkle with grated orange peel.
