Glace Icing Recipe
Ingredients
| Icing Sugar | 350 Gram | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Stock syrup - 4-5 tbsp , as required | ||
| Essence or flavouring of choice - 2-4 drops | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In a bowl, sieve icing sugar and salt using a nylon sieve.
2.Put the bowl on pan containing hot water and slowly stir in stock syrup.
3.Blend the mixture using a whisk or wooden spoon until a thick consistency has been achieved.
4.Blend and add the flavoring or essence.
SERVING
5.Use warm for spreading on cake.
Tip
6.Use a metal spatula dipped in hot water for spreading evenly.
