Editors Review

If you are on the path of healthier eating and trying to replace meat with substitutes like tofu, don’t fret. It’s really easy to cut down on meat and substitute with healthier alternatives like this dish. It has the right combination of all healthy ingredients which won’t make you miss meat! Ginisang Pechay at Tokwa is a typical Pinoy dish of deep fried tofu with stir fried bok choy flavor with oyster sauce. The softness of tofu goes really well with the crispiness of the stir fried bok choy.
