Gingery Orange Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch chunks | ||
| 2 small oranges, peeled and sectioned | ||
Directions
In glass casserole, cook butter on roast (7) for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Mix in brown sugar, ginger and salt.
Add carrots and orange sections, mixing until coated.
Cover; cook on high (9) for 7 minutes or until carrots are tender; stir once during cooking.
