Gingered Tropical Fruit Plate Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 medium-size bananas | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |

| 1 medium-size pineapple, peeled, and cut in 1/2-inch rounds | ||
| 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and cut in 1/2-inch lengthwise slices | ||
| Ginger dressing | ||
Directions
Cut bananas into 1/2-inch diagonal slices; toss with lemon juice.
Also remove peel and white membrane from oranges and cut into thin, crosswise slices.
On each of 4 salad plates, place 2 or 3 slices of banana, orange, pineapple, and papaya.
Garnish with raspberries, grapes, and lime wedges if you wish.
Prepare ginger dressing and pass to spoon over individual servings.
