Gingered Tea Sandwiches Recipe

| Cream cheese-1 (3-ounce) package, softened | ||
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Crystallized ginger | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Date-nut bread -1 (8-ounce) can | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Beat together cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add ginger.
2) Slice bread into ΒΌ inch slices and spread cheese mixture on half bread slices and top with remaining slices.
3) Chill the sandwiches and cut into quarters.
SERVING
4) Serve the gingered tea sandwiches with hot tea.
