Gingered Peach Fruit Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Orange juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| 3 (6-ounce) containers vanilla low-fat yogurt (about 2 cups) | ||
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Grated ginger | 1 Tablespoon, peeled | |
Directions
Place peaches and orange juice in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
Pour half of peach mixture into a bowl.
Add yogurt and next 3 ingredients to peach mixture in blender; process until smooth.
Pour yogurt mixture into reserved peach mixture; stir well.
