Gingered Orange And Grapefruit Recipe
Ingredients

| Oranges | 2 Large | |
| 2 pieces preserved stem ginger, finely chopped | ||
| 40 g/1 1/2 oz soft brown sugar | ||
Directions
1. Using a sharp knife, cut off rind and pith from the grapefruit and oranges; cut out the segments from between the membrane. Cut each segment in half.
2. Place these in a serving bowl with the ginger.
3. Sprinkle over the sugar and leave in a cold place.
4. Serve well chilled as a starter or as a fruit salad.
