Ingredients

 Green pepper1 Large, cut into cubes
 Cooked ham1 1/2 Pound, cut into cubes
 Pineapple1 Can (10oz)
 Sweet potatoes1 Can (10oz), cut in to chunks
 1 jar (16 oz.) spiced whole crab apples
 Pineapple juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Glaze:)
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon (Glaze:)
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Glaze:)
 Brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Glaze:)
 Ground ginger1 Teaspoon (Glaze:)

Directions

Place green pepper in small bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
In a 2-cup measure combine glaze ingredients. Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Set aside.
Arrange kabobs on 8 skewers.
Place on roasting rack or baking sheet.
Baste with half of glaze.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 6 to 7 minutes, or until hot, rotating after half the time.
