Gingered Ham Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| Green pepper | 1 Large, cut into cubes | |
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Pound, cut into cubes | |
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sweet potatoes | 1 Can (10oz), cut in to chunks | |
| 1 jar (16 oz.) spiced whole crab apples | ||
| Pineapple juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Glaze:) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon (Glaze:) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Glaze:) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Glaze:) | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Teaspoon (Glaze:) | |
Directions
Place green pepper in small bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
In a 2-cup measure combine glaze ingredients. Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Set aside.
Arrange kabobs on 8 skewers.
Place on roasting rack or baking sheet.
Baste with half of glaze.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 6 to 7 minutes, or until hot, rotating after half the time.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
